Кофейные эксперименты. Кофе с чесноком и мёдом[u][/u]

Ну вот и наступил долгожданный выходной, который можно спокойно посвятить эксперименту. Сыграв в утренних турнирах, я приготовила всё по рецепту:
Ингредиенты:
кофе молотый - 2ч.л.
чеснок - 1 зубчик
вода - 200 мл
мёд - 1 ст.л
воду я предварительно закипятила и растворила в ней мёд,
чеснок выдавила через чеснокодавку и добавила в воду с мёдом, добавила молотый кофе. В одном из рецептов, рекомендовали трижды доводить до кипения, но не давать кипеть. Выключила огонь и дала чуть-чуть настояться. Так я и сделала.
Процедила готовый напиток. Понюхала по всем правилам химии.
Иии, что мне вам сказать. До боли знакомый запах!!!!
Запах зажарки для борща.
Попробовала. И поняла, что борщ я люблю больше.
