Maybe a horse called Stracciatella ("quick Breakfast") in honor of the (Italian) ice cream milk-based, filled with small shavings of chocolate of different shapes.

Horses just have a lot of moles. There is a superstition that the more moles on your body, the happier.
didn't know about "quick Breakfast" ice cream, ate only cheese with the same name - very tasty. Probably delicious ice cream.
